Out of School Club
About Us
Thank you for expressing an interest in our new Out of Hours Provision based at Holy Trinity C Of E Church Hall, Gee Cross. We are conveniently located just 100 meters from Gee Cross Holy Trinity Primary School and are committed to providing high-quality before, after-school and holiday provision. Children can attend from Reception up to Year 6.
Open from 7:30 every morning till 18:00 every evening and during the school holidays, we are here to support you with your childcare needs. We provide fun and friendly childcare for the local primary school. With safe escorting, stimulating activities and play experiences, you can rest assured that your children are in safe hands.
The church hall is a perfect space for the children with a large hall, separate quiet rooms for focused activities, toilets, cloakroom, kitchen and plenty of outdoor space to stretch their legs after a day of hard work in school!
What we offer
Our club follows the Playwork Principles; children are free to choose activities and resources as they wish. There will always be a selection of activities and resources available, including crafts, board games, construction, physical play, outdoor play, baking, reading and lots more!
The food we provide at the club is not intended as a substitute for a main evening meal, however, we will be providing a high tea which will be prepared by our Nursery Chef in our 5 star Food Standard kitchen. We provide healthy snacks, including fresh fruit and vegetables.
We promote independence, by encouraging the children to prepare their own snacks, and to clear away after themselves. We use fresh ingredients and follow statutory guidelines. Fresh drinking water is available at all times. We meet individual dietary requirements and parental preferences wherever possible.
Meet Our Team
We are excited to introduce our fabulous team who you may already recognise!
All staff members have DBS checks, safeguarding and food hygiene training and at least one member of staff with paediatric first aid training will be on site at all times. We maintain a staff/child ratio of 1:8 for all our children.
